What we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, you provide your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), and payment details.

Payment information. We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled directly by our payment processors (Shopify Payments and any other provider shown at checkout). We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the last four digits of the card, and the card brand.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the store, we and our providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

To process, package, and ship your order, and to handle any problems with it
To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking numbers
To answer your questions and provide customer service
To screen orders for fraud and to protect the store
To understand how the store is used so we can improve it
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to run the store:

Shopify — hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf. Shopify's own privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Payment processors — to charge your card and handle refunds or disputes.
The United States Postal Service — we provide your name and shipping address so your package can be delivered.
Law enforcement or regulators — only where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store — the cart in particular — may stop working correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements — generally at least seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Access or correction. Email us and we will tell you what personal information we hold about you and correct anything that's wrong.
Deletion. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we're required to keep order and tax records.
Marketing. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also just email us.
Data sharing opt-out. Residents of certain U.S. states can opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising through our Your Privacy Choices page.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The store runs over an encrypted connection and payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
