These terms apply to every visit to and purchase from this store, operated by BiduCollectibles LLC (“we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or be using the store with the permission of a parent or guardian. We ship to U.S. addresses only.

2. Products and listings

We sell authentic, factory-sealed trading card products, collectibles and supplies. Many of our products are Simplified Chinese or Japanese language releases; the language is stated in each title. Photos are representative — packaging can vary slightly by print run. We work hard to keep descriptions accurate, but if we make an error in a listing we may correct it, and if it affects your order we'll contact you before shipping.

Sealed product is sold sealed. We make no promise about what any pack, box or blind box contains, and pull rates are never guaranteed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

4. Stock and order acceptance

Quantities are limited. An order confirmation means we received your order, not that it's accepted. We may limit quantities per customer or cancel any order — for example suspected reselling abuse, fraud, or stock errors — and will refund any payment for a cancelled order in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final as described in our Return & Refunds Policy; lost, damaged or wrong-item orders are handled as set out there.

6. Back-in-stock alerts and emails

If you sign up for a “Notify me” alert or our emails, we'll use your email address to tell you when that item is available and about drops and live shows. Signing up doesn't reserve stock. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. Intellectual property

Pokémon and related names and artwork are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, Game Freak or their licensees. Site text, photos and design are ours and may not be copied without permission.

8. Using the site

Don't misuse the store — no scraping, bots, fraudulent orders, interfering with the site, or using it for anything unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the store and its products are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including changes in market value of collectibles. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
